Losing weight post-baby is a crazy thing. Regardless of what the scale says, things just aren't quite the same as they used to be. And by "things", I mean my stomach. I have read about Tracy Anderson in manys blogs and magazines, and she always gets rave reviews, so I am wondering if I should try her post-pregnancy dvd. I don't really like working out in my living room, but people swear by her so I'm willing to try. Has anyone done it?
